SHIPPING POLICY - THE BASICS

At Sage House Tea Co., we strive to ship your order quickly, safely, and with care. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate email with tracking information once your package has shipped.
All orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected service, and package weight. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination, and may be affected by weather, seasonal volume, or unforeseen carrier delays. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, once a package is transferred to the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an address error is noticed before your order ships, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it. Once an order has shipped, address changes are not guaranteed.
Sage House Tea Co. is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been scanned and accepted by the carrier. If your package appears lost or delayed, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [Email Address] within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review the issue and determine whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate.
At this time, we ship within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please reach out to us prior to ordering to confirm availability. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
