If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. To help us assess the issue, include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. After reviewing your request, we will determine whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate. Please note that we do not issue refunds for delays caused by carriers, shipping address errors, or normal variations in natural ingredients.
